We were super satisfied with our stay! Top location, top staff, top rooms! The pool was just a bit small but who needs a pool when you have a direct beach access just 2 minutes away, right?! All the best reviews!

My stay was amazing here at Amwaj Rotana JBR. Right from the start, the manager Naheem kindly upgraded us to a room with the best view possible. The kitchen staff, Thomas and Sumit, used to take care of us on a daily basis. They were both excellent. The concierge staff were all really helpful. Kamal went above and beyond my expectations. He was very helpful. The housekeeping staff, Mahesh always cleaned our room to an exceptional standard every day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit dubai

Very clean, staff very friendly. Food was always good. No complaints. And will definitely return here ! We upgraded to the double executive room The view is stunning. And it has an extra double bed which the kids slept a lot better on. The pool staff were amazing , and really went out their way for you. We all felt like the full experience was amazing , and the full staff from start to finish really took care of you.

We can’t praise this hotel and its staff enough. This was our 4th visit to the hotel. The food and drinks are excellent, we chose the all-inclusive package. It’s so nice to return to find the staff remember us from previous visits and go above and beyond to make our trip so special. Cleanliness is not as expected we found some trash under the sofa ... over than that everything was really good and the receptionists were very nice with us .... we enjoyed so much and you made our day more enjoyable. Thank you 😊

The beauty of this hotel cannot be described in terms of the good reception of the staff, the manager, or anyone who works in this hotel, and the distinctive cleaning service in this hotel.and The service provided by Ronald who cleaned our room every day was first class. All I can say is that he is absolutely amazing at his job.

Overall a good hotel in a great location. Constantly being cleaned through out the day. Staff were first class and could not do enough to help you... Would not class as 5 star hotel more a 4star. But very nice all the same. Only small negative point would be that the outside seating area could do with updating.

A beautiful, clean hotel, with exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. A massive thank you to Hassan the young gentleman that checked us in and took the time to show us different rooms. Thank you to the staff for the birthday treats, this was a lovely surprise. The food in the Club Rotana lounge was delicious, the staff in here were incredibly hard working and very friendly. The pool as mentioned in previous reviews does spend a lot of time throughout the day in the shade. Free towels are provided for the beach and for the pool. This hotel is definitely worthy of 5 stars, it is in the heart of JBR. One of the best hotels I have stayed in and finally a massive thank you to all the staff that made our stay so special for us.
