Had a pleasant stay with them and I really enjoyed the room and amenities. Everything was working well from the AC, the hot water, as well as the interiors and beddings were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good with lots of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful and accommodating even if things are busy. Would like to commend Mateo and Mukhammad from the Front Office for a smooth check-in experience.

I stayed a pleasant couple of days. Service was good, hotel is nice. What I really like is that they send my invoice 1 month later after my request. Very good to experience and worth a good recommendation.

The hotel is extremely well located for those attending a venue. You just have to cross the road to reach the entrance of IDEX. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the WiFi works very well and the Italian restaurant is excellent

The staff made the stay so enjoyable, they were extremely friendly and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was clean and very comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very central and very simple to get around my taxi which the hotel also assisted me with.

I stayed at the Pearl Rotana Capital Centre for 6 nights and it was a great experience. I want to thank you all the staff of the hotel and all the staff of the Dino's Bistro and Warehouse. Very kind and professional people, probably one of the best staff I have ever met.

This is a perfect accommodation for business travelers. The employees are correct and hospitable. The restaurant has excellent cuisine. The breakfast has a very wide choice of options. We will definitely come back on our next visit

Excellent stay - they named this place right - it is a Pearl. I love all the Rotana properties - except one :( This a great place with excellent staff. I also love the Warehouse, the staff there makes me feel like family. Thank you Rotana for another great stay :)
